Pet Policy

Marble Cliff Commons loves your furry friends! Our community allows up to two pets in 1 & 2 bedroom homes and up to three pets in 3 bedroom homes. We have a 50lb weight limit per pet. We require a $300 non-refundable fee per pet and $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Our restricted breed list includes: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Restrictions are subject to change at any time without notice. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
